Designed and manufactured by the revered centenary Markneukirchen (Germany) based Oscar Adler Company, the 100 oboe is lightweight, sonorous and perfectly in tune, In other words, this meticulously made instrument has it all!
With a simplified key work purposely limited to the essential (resulting in an overall range consequently also restricted to the low C), the 100 oboe is dedicated to very young starters to accomplish their initial two to three year cursus.
There was however no compromise made on quality. The one-piece grenadilla body is of premium quality and the silver-plated German silver keys are crafted with the same care as the maker’s professional oboes. It is therefore durable and keeps a good resale value for a new young novice.
