Especially known for attracting shredders and metalheads thanks to its ultra-thin necks, floating vibratos and 7, 8 and 9 (!) strings guitars, Ibanez has established itself as THE Japanese export brand. Founded in 1957 in Nagoya, Japan, Ibanez began by producing copies of the american brands such as Fender, Gibson and Rickenbacker, before creating its own. But it was in the 80's that the brand set itself as a staple of the rock and metal landscape, by signing virtuosos such as Joe Satriani or Steve Vai, and established itself as a reference when it comes to superstrats.
The Ibanez AS53-TRF Hollow Body is simply a great guitar for beginners who want to learn to play blues, jazz or rockabilly right away. The amateur who wants to experience a hollow-body, or who wants to have one to expand his possibilities from time to time, will of course also be well served. The production quality of Ibanez is notable, and the care taken to the instrument makes it very comfortable to play. The sound of the Infinity R pickups is powerful and docile, which allows to explore many possibilities.
