The Acouphonic Satan is a germanium fuzz pedal that combines an OC140 and a P416 transistor to achieve very high gain levels. A pair of silicon and germanium diodes blow up the signal, and we found the harmonics to be particularly vivid and musical, no matter which amp we plugged it into. The capacitors are from old Russian stocks, and you can distinctly hear the raucous effect of this authentic circuit path. An internal pot allows you to adjust the sound level.
